    TurboAssistants.com Terms of Service
    1. ServicesTurboAssistants.com ("Company") provides virtual assistant services ("Services") to clients ("Client") through remote workers ("Virtual Assistants"). Services may include, but are not limited to, administrative tasks, customer support, data entry, research, and other duties as agreed upon between the Company and Client.
    2. Engagement and Availability
    2.1 Virtual Assistants will be available for up to 240 hours per month, based on the plan selected by the Client1.
    2.2 The Company will assign Virtual Assistants based on Client needs and Virtual Assistant availability. The appropriateness of any assigned Virtual Assistant will be determined by mutual agreement between the Client and the Company.
    3. Term and Termination
    3.1 The initial term of this Agreement will commence on the effective date and continue on an "at-will" basis.
    3.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party2.
    4. Compensation and Payment
    4.1 The Client agrees to pay for Services according to the selected plan and pricing agreed upon with the Company.
    4.2 Payments are due at the beginning of each service period. For monthly plans, payment must be received within the first two (2) business days of the month.
    4.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of Services until payment is received.
    5. Confidentiality 
    The Company and its Virtual Assistants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and data encountered during the provision of Services.
    6. Limitation of Liability 
    The Company's maximum liability to the Client for any reason shall be limited to three (3) times the amount of fees actually received by the Company for Services rendered to the Client during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability2.
    7. Intellectual Property 
    All work product created by Virtual Assistants in the course of providing Services shall be the property of the Client.
    8. Modifications 
    The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
    9. Governing Law 
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah. By engaging the Services of TurboAssistants.com, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms of Service.
